Nancy Callaway

Nancy is one of the owners of SWAT Services and has been married to our other owner Frank Callaway for 62 years. She is a native of Georgia and began her career at the age of 17 with the Southern Bell Company where she worked for 7 years. At that point, she chose to stay at home with their daughter Tara until she began working for SWAT Services in 1986. Nancy also enjoys interior decorating, and if you have ever been to the SWAT Services office, you have seen her work, she enjoys shopping and gardening as well. Her favorite thing about SWAT Services is the relationships she has made over the years with the employees and customers. She is a fixture at SWAT Services and all of our long-term customers know Nancy as a friend. She enjoys making people feel special and is great about remembering special dates and anniversaries, and she is the best at taking care of each and every individual at SWAT Services. She decided to retire in 2024 but still makes an appearance around the SWAT Services office every now and then.
